The Roost

Bombay Hut

Details: Bombay Hut has been a fan favorite Indian restaurant in town for a decade. After 10 years, they had the opportunity to relocate into a larger location in the same area. As immigrants to the United States, owner Neha Garcia and her parents moved to the town in 1988. Garcia grew up in Waldwick and now raises her own family there. The menu offers homecooked, comfort food such as butter chicken, and cheese and garlic naan.

Gearblock Brewing

In fact, the team releases limited quantities of new beers weekly. Gearblock Brewing doesn’t take reservations or serve food, but they do host private events. Instead, they encourage patrons to bring takeout or get food delivered to the tasting room from the nearby local restaurants.

According to Co-owner Ergys (Eric) Rakaj, the menu also changes every six months to focus on local, seasonal produce. Their pastas are all made in house and include the fan favorite pappardelle a modo mio. This dish mixes pappardelle and mushrooms in a short rib creamy ragu.

Casa De Lobo
