The Shore Club in Spring Lake Heights is already a popular spot for weddings, banquets, and events. Their pool is also a frequent summertime destination. But poolside at The Shore Club is now better than ever thanks to their new restaurant concept, The Pool Bar. This new spot offers burgers, BBQ, brunch, drinks, and more.
“The whole ‘bar’ concept is new,” says Neina Langford, marketing and communications director. In total, The Pool Bar has space for 120 guests. “It’s a quintessential Jersey pool bar with beach vibes. We want it to become the next great summer hangout,” Neina adds.

A Laid Back Menu
The Pool Bar features options such as ahi tuna tacos and their signature Pool Bar Burger. The latter is an 8-ounce proprietary blend with jack cheddar, pickles, lettuce, and tomato. In addition, Neina loves the arugula flatbread with whipped ricotta, truffle, mozzarella, pecorino cream, and pepperoncino. Click here to see the full menu.
Special menus include the poolside brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm. Guests can choose between a sit-down experience inside at the Seacrest Grille, or the poolside Bubbles & Brunch special. This includes an assortment of brunch cocktails, as well as items like pancake tacos. These tacos come with scrambled eggs with cheese, optional bacon or sausage, and a side of maple syrup. For a sweeter treat, their Chunky Monkey Pancakes offer buttermilk pancakes swirled with cinnamon brown sugar, topped with vanilla glaze.
They also host a Backyard BBQ every Wednesday after 3:00 pm. This all-you-can eat special includes hot dogs, veggie dogs, burgers, veggie burgers, potato salad, and pasta salad.
Music, Games, Happy Hour, & More
The Pool Bar offers something new almost every day of the week. For instance, they have inflatable pool games on Thursdays and live performances and entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays. Finally, Sundays are “Reggae Sundaze,” with live music, food, and drink specials.
The Pool Bar also has a No Shower Happy Hour daily from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. This encourages guests to come straight from the beach to the bar. Deals include half (12) or whole (24) cases of beer and seltzers, served in their cases with ice on top.
The Pool Bar is only for guests 21 and older. Tables and service are first-come, first-serve. However, their gazebo is available to reserve for larger groups or special occasions.
