A Commitment to Authenticity
Urban Tandoor showcases high-quality authentic Indian cuisine from various regions of India. They use all non-GMO, hormone-free, organic, and Halal ingredients. In addition, they use only fresh, free-range meat and wild-caught seafood. Likewise, ingredients such as Garden Vegetables and Indian cheese, are all harvested exclusively by local farmers. Finally, their spice collection is harvested by Indian farmers and flown in directly, exclusively for the restaurant.
In fact, even all of the Executive Chefs at Urban Tandoor are flown in directly from India. These chefs maintain the “Urban Standard” by handpicking only the freshest ingredients to craft authentic regional specialties. This includes signature dishes such as their Hyderabad Dum Biryanis and Various Tandoori Sizzlers.
Popular items include Hyderabadi Chicken 65 Biryani, house-made Tandoori Nans, Mutton Paya Soup, Hyderabadi Haleem, and Tandoori Lamb Chops. Vegetarian and Vegan fan favorites at Urban Tandoor include Punjabi Kadhi Pakora, Bhindi Masala, and freshly baked Phulkas with Ghee. Meanwhile, gluten-free options include Shrimp Pataka, UT Mixed Grill, and the Palak Paneer.

Besides authentic Indian cuisine and signature dishes, Urban Tandoor boasts the “URBN” Bar. The bar offers signature cocktails with an upscale urban twist. Their bartenders tailor the menu to suit both classical tastes and Modern Mixology. Standouts include Indian cocktails such as Jal Jeera, Kala Khatta Nimbu Soda, and Feni Highball, all made with organic spirits. For beer lovers, Urban Tandoor provides Draft Indian beers, brewed exclusively for them. Finally, their Wine Cellar houses many wines that have been aged for decades.
