Jersey City has long been hailed as a Foodie Destination. What sets The Table: Kitchen & Bar at 3 Acres apart is its casual airy atmosphere and signature dishes by Chef Daniel Latham; whose elevated American cuisine offers unique flavors that keep guests coming back.
Another unique aspect of The Table: Kitchen & Bar is the 25-foot long, live-edge gathering table; crafted from 500-year-old Acacia wood, the table seats 30 guests and exemplifies the restaurant’s vibe of family, community, and nourishment.

Setting the Mood
“The concept for The Table: Kitchen & Bar stems from our mission to create an upscale, yet casual place; where friends and family can enjoy classic American comfort food in a laid-back atmosphere,” says J.B. Geibel, who operates the restaurant alongside Chef Daniel Latham.
The atmosphere sets a relaxing vibe with high ceilings, light emitting windows, garage-style doors, and patio seating. Raw concrete, metal, elegant fixtures, and reclaimed materials offer patrons a respite for drinks, meals, or dessert.

American Classics from Chef Latham
The expansive menu features American classics with a twist, as well as vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Popular starters include Crispy Calamari, Tempura Brussels Sprouts, and Truffle Mac & Cheese. The Latham Asian Chicken Salad is another standout, with chicken, green leaf cabbage, scallions, almonds, wontons, rice noodles, and cilantro; all in a sesame-ginger dressing. All salads can be paired with crispy, pulled, or grilled chicken, grilled shrimp, grilled organic salmon, or baked tofu.
“There is truly something for everyone here at The Table: Kitchen & Bar,” says General Manager Jefferson Barragon. “We are proud to greet guests who love to linger, share plates, and socialize.”
As far as main dishes, the Steak Frites Au Poivre is a fan favorite. They serve this boneless ribeye with a brandy peppercorn cream sauce and skin-on fries. The chef also highly recommends the Sesame Salmon, a sesame-encrusted organic salmon with a wasabi mushroom sauce.
Other menu staples include handmade pizzas, hot sandwiches like the Crab Cake Poboy, and burgers including the signature Table Burger. Dessert options include their Downtown Bread Pudding, Miss Tami’s Pecan Pie, Real Deal Key Lime Pie, and more.
