This includes private office space for teams of up to 16 employees. Their mixed-use facility caters to professional and creative businesses in a number of sectors. Current tenants work in logistics, tech start-ups, construction, podcasting, marketing, specialty retail, and hair and skincare.
For teams larger than 16 members, or for firms that require 3,000-square-foot or more, Kearny Point has up to 10,000-square feet available for lease. This above-standard infrastructure supports R&D, production, and more in an industrial-loft aesthetic.
Kearny Point combines the spirit of the original naval-factory site with newly renovated modern workspaces. For instance, “The Annex” holds over 100 commercial workspaces, a double-height atrium, and preserved Gantry crane. Meanwhile, “Building 78” (open since 2016) offers flexible private offices.
