Hosted by Chef/Owner Joey Sergentakis and Master Mixologist Steve Mazzuca, the evening will offer a thoughtfully curated five-course dining experience featuring handcrafted cocktails by Nolet’s Gin and Ketel One Vodka. Each course is designed to elevate the next, serving as an exploration of refined flavors, expert mixology, and exceptional hospitality.
