Sometimes, seeing isn’t believing. Looking at the beverages from NutriMoon in Westville, it’s hard to believe they’re healthy. But they really are. The cafe serves specialty foods, artisan waffles and mini donuts, protein bowls, energy teas, protein shakes, and protein coffees.
Finding the right location came naturally for Co-owners Cheryl Tripodi and Danial O’Neill. “We visited the town frequently, eating at Speranza next to us. That’s how we found our spot,” Cheryl explains. “I fell in love with the space and Westville. It’s a great community.”

Nutritious & Delicious
As Cheryl puts it, NutriMoon boasts a “modern industrial design with a chill vibe and moon-inspired branding.” The healthy shake menu features flavors like strawberry shortcake, Pecan Cinnabon, Fruity Pebbles, cookie drip, banana pudding, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Meanwhile, a few signature creations include The Gateway, the Chocolate Monster and The Marco (peanut butter and Nutella). NutriMoon also serves Loaded Tea options like sangria, mango passion, Bahama Breeze, and Coconut Love. Their popular Captain America has red, white, and blue energy in every sip.
Of course, the food menu is equally focused on nutrition-forward meals. Their selection ranges from protein bowls – in flavors such as tropical and dragon fruit – to waffles and donuts. (In flavors like Biscoff cookie crumble and chocolate sprinkle.) Every offering is infused with added protein and low in sugar.
About NutriMoon
Both Cheryl and Danial have many years of management experience working at Restaurant Depot. Thy are both ServSafe and HACCP certified, meaning they are especially trained in food safety. “Nutrimoon was built with love, connection, and commitment,” says Cheryl. “We believe every community deserves a space that brings simple things, happiness, and healthy options. Our mission is to show everyone that this isn’t just a shake or a tea. It’s a great product for healthy living and feeling good every day.”

The name “NutriMoon” reflects their focus on nutrition, while the word “moon” holds special meaning for Danial. His sister passed away 10 years ago, and her favorite saying was, “Love you to the moon and back.” A sign on the cafe’s wall repeats that phrase.
