Everyone wants to be successful. No matter the field, from medicine to education, most people strive to attain the highest honors and accolades they can. However, there are a number of keys to success that people should recognize while they are diligently working each day. With this in mind, NJBIZ hosts a Women in Business event so leaders can share their stories.
Success is certainly attainable through hard work and determination, but those aren’t the only elements needed to achieve one’s dreams. To learn more about this, Steve Adubato, PhD., met with Allison Larena, President and CEO of the Mayo Performing Arts Center, along with Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Dr. Rachana Kulkarni, and Yin Woon Rani, VP of U.S. Marketing at Campbell Soup Company, among many others, who shared the means to their success as leaders in their fields.
Successful Women Share Their Stories
In this special segment of One-on-One with Steve Adubato, the host went on-location to the “NJBIZ Best 50 Women in Business” event, where he met a number of exceptional women who excel in their respective fields. Of course, each one was at the event sharing their tips on how to progress through a number of careers.
Among the keys to being a successful woman and leader, Yin Woon Rani explains you must “be true to yourself, be brave, [and] never be afraid.” To hear more about what these outstanding women say about working and the road to success, check out this segment of One-on-One with Steve Adubato.
