Held at New Jersey’s premier culinary destination, Crystal Springs Resort, the weekend’s events are designed to allow food and wine enthusiasts to meet and mingle with the world’s finest chefs and winemakers. Created and overseen by Crystal Springs Chief Operating Officer Robby Younes since 2009, the Festival has showcased a who’s who of the world’s most celebrated chefs including Thomas Keller, José Andrés, Daniel Boulud, Tom Colicchio, David Kinch, Francis Mallmann, and more.

Schedule of Events
The Festival kicks off on Friday May 1st with three events: The Wine Cellar Dinner celebrating the career of Chef Marco Pierre White, who became the youngest chef ever to receive three Michelin stars, a distinction he held at the age of 33. The menu will be paired with wines from boutique California wineries Quintessa and Sea Smoke. Festival favorite Top Chefs & Top Wines dinner returns with a collaboration between the resort’s Restaurant Latour team and three Top Chef cheftestants from Season 22 of Bravo TV’s hit show: winner Tristen Epps and fan favorites Lana Lagomarsini and Bailey Sullivan. And Cabaret & Cocktails is an evening of food, drinks, and live entertainment, plus a mixology competition with top New Jersey bartenders judged by guests.
On Saturday May 2nd, Festival experiences include A Conversation and Book Signing with Marco Pierre White; New Jersey’s Culinary Stars Lunch with chefs Dan Richer (Razza), Tom Silvestri (ORA), Sean Yan (Ram & Rooster), Florian Wehrli and Matt Laurich (Restaurant Latour); The Art of Honey showcasing Crystal Springs’ own honey and initiatives to provide habitats for declining bee populations; Bobolink’s World-Class Cheeses from Sunlight & Rain, a tasting of award-winning cheeses from New Jersey’s celebrated Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse; Crafted & Curious Cocktails with Hendrick’s Gin featuring a new release gin tasting and interactive cocktail making class; Foraging: Forest to Table, a discussion and tasting with Crystal Spring’s chef foragers; Rum & Chocolate pairing Ozama Rum with handcrafted chocolates; and Uncork Tuscany with 7th generation winemaker Tancredi Biondi Santi and New Jersey’s Fossil Farm.
Two exclusive wine events include 90+ Wines, a tasting of highly rated wines that scored 90 points or more led by wine educator Michael McNelis, and Secrets of the Sommeliers & Cellar Tasting held at the resort’s Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning (since 2006) Wine Cellar with Crystal Springs sommeliers.

On Saturday night, The Grand Tasting will feature 30 restaurants and over 200 wines and spirits in the Crystal Springs Clubhouse. The Biosphere After Party is the blowout event of the Festival, letting guests, chefs and winemakers party and dance the night away. Champagne Brunch on Sunday May 3rd wraps up the festival.
