Reidy Contracting Group Expands Operations in New Jersey

If the name sounds familiar, Reidy Contracting Group (RCG) is already one of New York City’s leading general contractors. The group is known for high-end commercial and hospitality projects throughout the region. Now, RCG is bringing their expertise to New Jersey, opening a dedicated office in Red Bank to oversee local projects.

The new office supports an expanding portfolio of work throughout New Jersey. It also allows the firm to better serve its growing base of clients across Monmouth County and beyond. As their business continues to scale in the region, the Red Bank location will function as a strategic secondary office. From there, Reidy Contracting Group leadership can support active projects, long-term partnerships, and ongoing collaboration with local teams.

At The Forefront of Commercial Construction

Reidy Contracting Group specializes in commercial and corporate interiors, community-focused spaces, hospitality and specialty projects, and ground-up luxury residential construction. From complex corporate headquarters and amenity spaces to hospitality environments and residential builds, RCG provides meticulous detail in their designs. “Our focus is on building a long-term presence in New Jersey, particularly in Monmouth County,” says Trevor Munson, COO, Reidy Contracting Group, and a longtime Colts Neck resident. “We’re not looking to grow for the sake of growth. But rather to build the right team, strengthen our systems, and continue delivering a high level of execution for our clients.”

The Red Bank location also strengthens the firm’s ability to collaborate with local architects, designers, and developers. “As the market evolves, we see a strong opportunity to bring the same discipline and structure we’ve developed in Manhattan to New Jersey,” Trevor adds. “Ultimately, our goal is to become a trusted, go-to partner for complex interior and adaptive reuse projects.”

The Importance of Expanding to Red Bank

As the firm’s New Jersey workload grows, the Red Bank office allows RCG’s leadership team to remain engaged in local projects. It also ensures senior leadership remains connected to project teams, partners, and clients, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to quality relationships. “Being based here allows us to support our expanding project portfolio while staying closely connected to the local community, our clients, and our industry partners,” Trevor explains.

Reidy Contracting Group has delivered projects across New York City and New Jersey. Their portfolio includes spaces in the Empire State Building, The Campbell at Grand Central Terminal, and Warner Brothers Discovery headquarters. They’ve also designed the American Express Centurion Lounge, National Urban League, and athletic facilities like the Brooklyn Basketball Training Center. Specific NJ projects include office designs for Morgan Stanley in Sea Girt and Shrewsbury, Citco in Jersey City, and Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken.

They currently have several projects in various stages of preconstruction and early planning throughout New Jersey, particularly Monmouth County. Many of their builds are in healthcare, adaptive reuse, and mixed-use developments, where their experience with complex, occupied environments translates seamlessly.
