    The Garden State Wine Growers Association (GSWGA) is introducing the New Jersey Wines Culinary Series. New Jersey’s leading chefs and winemakers are uniting for this special event. Particularly, this series creates wine tasting and wine pairing events at leading restaurants and other locales throughout NJ. As a result, they hope to introduce a new audience to the wine industry in New Jersey.

    The Garden State Wine Growers Association develops these events by teaming with the Garden State Culinary Arts Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides a unified, comprehensive statewide support to our foodways, economy and professionals in the culinary, hospitality and beverage enterprises.

    New Jersey Wines Culinary Series Events


    Drew’s Bayshore Bistro

    When: April 25th, 6:30pm and 8pm
    Details: This is the first of the series and will take place at at Drew’s Bayshore Bistro in Keyport. In fact, there will be two separate wine dinner seatings. The first dinner seating is from 6:30pm – 8pm and the second dinner seating is from 8pm – 10 pm. Each seating will offer a five course menu with each dish paired with a different wine from Working Dog Winery. Chef Andrew Araneo (Drew) teams with Mark Carduner, co-owner and winemaker at Working Dog Winery in East Windsor for this culinary event. View the Menu and Wine Pairings.     A Toute Heure

    When: May 23rd, 6:00pm – 9:00pmA Toute Heure
    Details: This is the second of the series and will take place at at A Toute Heure in Cranford. The dinner features a six course menu with each dish paired with a different wine from Unionville Vineyards. AJ Capella, winner of the Garden State Culinary Arts Award as Rising Star Chef, teams with Conor Quilty, winemaker at Unionville Vineyards in Ringoes for this culinary event.
