When: Saturday, July 9 (rain date Sunday, July 10), 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Description: The library is celebrating its centennial with an exciting birthday block party. Description: The boardwalk’s Avon Pavilion has been an Avon by the Sea landmark for decades; it has become a “must-stop” destination when visiting the city. The Best Beach Tips
Beach Tags: Beach badges are required in the summer months to gain access to the beach from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Badges can be purchased at the beach, at any one of Avon’s 3 tag booths on Washington Avenue, Sylvania Avenue, or Norwood Avenue. Tag Booth sales hours are from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Daily badges are $9.00.
Beach Parking: There is free on-street parking along Ocean Avenue seven days a week.
Changing Facilities: Restrooms are located on the boardwalk at Lincoln Avenue and Norwood Avenue.
