In particular, Decker’s favorite services are microblading and scalp micropigmentation. “I have not only an amazing staff, but also the most unique clientele of women,” she says. “They’re strong female leaders all in their own ways from politicians, to doctors, to lawyers, to amazing mothers who do it all.”

About The Owner
Adrienne Decker has had a lifelong interest in everything beauty and skin care. But even after extensive skin care training, she found herself missing that creative spark. This led to pursuing a focus in permanent makeup, and FACE FORWARD was born. Decker offers skin care treatments and products that aren’t just “trendy”, but are proven to effectively transform the skin’s appearance.
As a wife of a Navy fighter pilot and mother of two, she has lived all over the country. But is now settled down in her husband’s hometown of Monmouth Beach. Decker recently earned a teaching certification in permanent makeup artistry. Her future plans include opening an academy for aspiring permanent makeup artists.
