On February 2, we’re pinning all our hopes on a furry little rodent. Hopefully Punxsutawney Phil will be predicting an early spring this year. Details: Stop in to the kids zone at the Barnegat Branch Library and make a Groundhog Day craft to take home. This craft is recommended for children ages 3 and older and no registration is required.
