The distinct vibe at Hollow Pines in West Creek makes it so much more than just another Jersey Shore restaurant. In fact, it’s more like an elevated coastal lodge meets modern rustic hangout. It’s relaxed enough for a casual beer, but polished enough for an unforgettable date night.
Seasonal ingredients, well-executed classics, and crowd-pleasing dishes anchor the menu at Hollow Pines. From shareable starters to hearty mains and house cocktails, everything is designed to feel approachable and worth coming back for. To match the atmosphere, the interior is adorned with natural woods, earthy greens, and black accents.

Inventive Culinary Cuisine
The comfort food here feels both familiar and fresh. For instance, the French dip Sandwich is an early favorite. To make it, the team blends slow-roasted prime ribeye with Guinness horseradish and au jus. Likewise, Short Rib Pappardelle (short rib and crimini in an herb cream pan sauce) is one of most popular house-made pastas. As for the Hollow Pines team themselves, Owner/Partner Billy Mehl loves the NJ cassoulet. (That comes with confit duck legs, ham hock, and white beans.)
Of course, Hollow Pines has a variety of drink options to pair with any meal. A few liquor menu standouts are the Controlled Burn (rosemary-infused Ford’s Gin, cranberry, and lemon in a smoked glass); Nona’s Freezer Door (Billy’s favorite which is olive oil-washed Grey Goose Vodka, basil liqueur, tomato water, and Dolin dry); and the Woodsman (Wild Turkey 101, Rittenhouse Rye, Bernheim Whiskey, nocello walnut liqueur, cane syrup, bitters, and big cube).

Entertainment to Enhance the Experience
Besides a full dinner menu, Hollow Pines keep guests entertained with Duckpin Bowling. A modified version of traditional bowling, lanes are shorter for a quicker pace. Duckpin Bowling also uses a one-size ball with no holes and smaller pins to keep the game moving.
Meanwhile, their backyard – dubbed Camp Hollow Pines – has eight large firepits, a bocce ball court, turf gaming area, a full-service bar, and live music. They plan to add even more activities and entertainment options in the future. The spacious backyard boasts 64 seats by the firepits as well as 18 seats at the bar.
