Asbury Ocean Club Brings Elevated Luxury to Asbury Park

If you’re looking for a New Jersey success story, look no further than Asbury Park. Over the past decade, this city by the sea (arguably known best for its part in the rise of one Bruce Springsteen) has shaken its troubled past and emerged as a vibrant destination at the Jersey shore. Now, the towering Asbury Ocean Club, Surfside Resort and Residences is set to take Asbury Park’s status to the next level.

The luxury building is already drawing buyers to its exclusive condo units, which are currently open to the public and include lofts and penthouses. Its resort subset is aiming for a Memorial Day Weekend opening.

iStar, the master developers behind The Asbury Hotel and Asbury Lanes, is at the helm once again for this massive project. It’s just one of the many changes in mind for Asbury Park in the years to come.

Location, Location, Location

Asbury Ocean Club sits just beyond the boardwalk in one of the city’s best locations. It’s just a stone’s throw away from landmarks such as Convention Hall, The Stone Pony and Wonder Bar.

This close proximity to all of Asbury’s top attractions, restaurants and bars is just a bonus. It’s the club’s private amenities that really shine.

Fitness Center

Residents and guests can look forward to an ocean-view fitness center designed by The Wright Fit, yoga room, 17-seat theater, spa, 65-foot pool and more during their stay. On top of these amenities, Asbury Ocean Club also provides unmatched guest services.

The 24-hour concierge will be readily available to ensure guests’ needs are met. They’ll make reservations, purchase concert tickets and even head out on a grocery run.

Luxury in the Details

Each residential unit in the luxury complex boasts state of the art features. This includes expansive terraces complete with their own private outdoor space as well as gorgeous ocean views.

Floor-to-ceiling hurricane glass provides breathtaking views of the coastline. It also works to block out all of the sound from the surrounding bars and restaurants. This makes for a peaceful escape from the liveliness of the city.

Ten-foot ceilings, white oak flooring, Miele appliances and Spazzi cabinetry elevate the interior design of each unit. The resulting cool, clean lines compliment the sun-lit feel of the residences.

The outdoor space at Asbury Ocean Club features plenty of greenery, shrubs and trees to contrast the beach views beyond. There will also be a fire pit and lounge area for guests to enjoy after a day by the pool.

While the focus this year is on preparing the residences and resort elements of the club, shops and a gourmet restaurant are coming to the building in 2020.
