Restaurant Latour at Crystal Springs in Sussex County celebrates the arrival of fall with a Game Dinner on Thursday, November 12, 2015. First, the dinner will commence with canapes at 6:30 pm. In fact, Executive Chef Anthony Bucco has created a five-course menu featuring quintessential game ingredients like wood duck, wild hare and venison.
In addition, Resort Mixologist Stephen Thomas and Sommelier Susanne Lerescu have created an unusual beverage pairing for the menu that will include two cocktails, a pair of Rhone wines from the 2000 vintage, and even a bière de Champagne, a Belgian Triple Ale aged in Champagne, France. But don’t take out word for it, the full menu is below.
