Getting Started
All it takes is a phone call to start the process; then they’ll set up an in-home or virtual meeting to discuss the project. Once they create a proposal, they schedule a second meeting to review and assess the details. “It’s nice to see the transition of someone’s home and the reaction to it,” Chris says. “A lot of people have an emotional reaction and say, ‘I can’t believe this is my house.’”
After signing a contract with Magnolia Home Remodeling Group, they will measure, photograph, and document the existing space. At this point, the design team creates a plan/design and project coordinators will assist in choosing products and designs. Once the design and construction details are sorted, it’s on to processing permits and obtaining the materials. Chris, alongside Co-owner Vic Fiore, are active participants in each and every project from inception to completion. “Vic and I have a hands-on approach and are involved with every project,” Chris says. The two have owned Magnolia Home Remodeling Group since 1996.
