This allows Owner Kelly Ryan to get a sense for personalized aesthetics or a desired theme. From there, the goal is to turn any life moment, big or small, into an unforgettable celebration.

“I’ve always had a natural eye for design,” Kelly says. Prior to starting Kelab Events & Design, she spent 6 years working in corporate events at a Philadelphia firm. However, COVID resulted in layoffs at her job and her new executive assistant role wasn’t as fulfilling. “I missed being creative and decided to dive into the world of social events on my own,” she says.
Kelab Events & Design handles event planning and event design for any type of social event. This includes weddings, birthdays, baby and bridal showers, proposals, engagement parties, and anniversaries; as well as bar and bat mitzvahs, graduations, rehearsal dinners, bachelorette parties, and more. The company also owns their own equipment for picnic set ups that can seat up to 36 guests.
“No two events are the same,” Kelly explains. “We pride ourselves on curating a custom design experience for every single client. When working with us, you’ll always get beautiful and unique takes on the classic themes; or we can help you come up with something completely new and fresh. When guests attend an event by Kelab, it will be something they’ve never seen before.”
A Range of Events
Kelly says they don’t have a ‘typical client’ for their service. “I love that our clients are all so unique, from a bride eloping at the top of a mountain, to a traditional bride with a 300-person guest count in a ballroom,” she says. “Or it’s a mom who wants to put all her birthday budget towards décor; versus a mom who wants to put all the budget towards interactive entertainment. We can accommodate any vision, and we love switching up the events we do so we never get bored.”
Of course, one of their top priorities is to ensure clients can enjoy themselves at their own event. “Our goal when partnering with our clients is for them to actually sit back and enjoy their event; as if they were a guest,” Kelly says. “We will be onsite to ensure everything goes smoothly for them.”
Kelab Events & Design serves all of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York City, and the surrounding areas. They’ll even travel with certain clients, most recently to Los Angeles. Look for them online to learn more.
