Chef David Burke’s Orchard Park — a modern American restaurant in East Brunswick — now offers a unique outdoor dining experience. Orchard Terrace, the restaurant’s new and expansive outdoor patio space, provides modern amenities and a relaxing atmosphere to guests; complete with a full-service outdoor bar, lounge spaces, and cozy fireplaces.
Orchard Terrace aims to offer world-class, al-fresco dining by combining modern luxury with Chef Burke’s signature menu. The full menu is available on the Terrace, including favorites like Lobster Dumplings, Clothesline Bacon, and their Dry Aged Burger. In addition, though the Terrace is open weather permitting, the enclosed structure can handle rain and protects from the elements.

Orchard Terrace Amenities
Orchard Terrace surrounds guests with glass walls, offering views of the Park Chateau Estate & Gardens and surrounding area. Meanwhile, the roof can open and close depending on the weather. The Terrace has ceiling lights and ceiling heaters throughout, as well as a custom sound system and potted floral arrangements. Much like the Park Chateau and Chateau Grande Hotel (where Orchard Park resides), the Terrace mimics a French country estate.
Of course, Orchard Terrace provides table seating for both small and large groups. However, the space also includes two lounge areas with comfortable sofas and chairs (plus fireplaces), and a full service bar. The bar serves the same signature cocktails available at the C’est La Vie Bar and Lounge in the hotel lobby; which provides the drinks for Orchard Park; and also boasts a big screen TV, perfect for watching sports while enjoying warm weather.
Brunch, Dinner, & Special Events
Since the full Orchard Park menu is available for Orchard Terrace, guest can expect to find their favorite dishes. This includes entrees like the Spicy Lobster Pizza, Wild Mushroom Cavatelli Pasta, and 12-ounce Dry Aged New York Strip. The Orchard Terrace is open the same hours as Orchard Park, including Sunday Brunch. In fact, all of the restaurant’s indoor specials can be enjoyed from the patio as well. This includes Tuesday Burger Night, Wednesday Date Night, and Thursday Sushi Night, with future plans for live music and dancing. (The latter is tentatively planned for Friday evenings.)
