Orchard Park Offers Exquisite Dining in New Jersey

Orchard Park brings together one of New Jersey’s best chefs with the state’s best wedding and event venue owners; Brothers Joseph and Barry Maurillo, along with business partner Vito Cucci, wanted to elevate the Chateau Grande Hotel experience. By working with Chef Burke, the team has combined elegance with modern cuisine in a one-of-a-kind setting.

The menu offers sizable portions of signature dishes, which include appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Starters include Lobster Dumplings, Clothesline Bacon (thick-cut maple glazed bacon hanging from clothespins), and Pretzel Crab Cake. They also serve a handful of pizza (Margherita, Spicy Lobster) and pasta (Cavatelli, Spaghetti NERO) options. Signature entrees feature Scallops and Octopus, Lamb Chops, Eggplant Francese, Surf & Turf, Honey Roasted Duck, and more. Finally, you can finish out the lavish meal with an indulgent dessert; with options such as Tin Can Cake, Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sliders, or the “Tiny Dancer” chocolate cake. Key Features

The restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Despite being inside the Chateau Grande Hotel, dining is open to all patrons. (In other words, you don’t have to be a guest of the hotel to eat here.) However, the hotel and restaurant work together in harmony to provide guests with the best possible experience. For instance, Chef Burke will also oversee on-site event catering. In addition, you can order full dinner service by Orchard Park from the hotel’s large bar in the lobby. The grounds also offer outdoor dining, as well as a seasonal outdoor bar. The outdoor bar will be open six months a year, from May through October.

Orchard Park features a number of design highlights. First is the open kitchen, which allows guests to watch from their seats as the chefs prepare each meal. Next to the kitchen is the Signature Salt Brick Room. This seating area is separated by glass walls from the rest of the dining room. One glass wall is filled with bottles of lavish wine, while the main wall is constructed using pink salt bricks; with a large flat-screen television in the center. The Salt Brick Room sits up to around 20 people and is perfect for small parties or office gatherings.
