Today, Jersey City offers a bustling restaurant and bar scene. The culinary landscape here has changed dramatically over the last few years. This transformation has been spearheaded by a trio of restaurant and real estate partners called the Restaurant Development Group or RDG. Now, they own some of the best Jersey City restaurants.
RDG Partner, Andrew Siegel, who has lived in Jersey City for the last sixteen years, noted “I’ve seen lots of changes and believe the nightlife in Jersey City is moving in the right direction. We try to match our business vision with the needs of the community”.
