In 2022, the Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners launched the Brewed & Distilled in Monmouth initiative. Its purpose is to introduce New Jersey residents and visitors to the unique assortment of breweries, wineries, and distilleries that can only be found in Monmouth County. (Including a meadery, of which only two exist in the state.)
In fact, Monmouth County is home to 26 different breweries, wineries, and distilleries with tasting rooms. To coincide with Craft Beverage Month, which Monmouth County observes in March, BestofNJ.com visited some of the area’s best craft beverage spots. Take a look at the video below, which showcases just a handful of what’s being Brewed and Distilled in Monmouth.
