Signature Baked Treats & Dessert Lattes

Popular menu items at Angelina Bakery include their signature bombolones. These light and fluffy Italian donuts come in flavors like strawberry, glazed, sugared, and Boston cream. Locals already love their fresh-baked croissants, which come in plain, Nutella, raspberry, strawberry, and more.

Also noteworthy is their fresh-baked pinsa; a Roman-style flatbread with a crisp, airy texture. These pinsas are made with a special blend of wheat, soy, and rice flowers. The end result is lighter, lower in gluten, fewer calories, easier to digest, and healthier than traditional pizza.

Angelina Bakery also serves homemade focaccia and pizza, paninis, sandwiches, salads, and homemade gelato.

When it comes to drinks, their go-to option is the dessert-topped lattes. These indulgent beverages are each topped with a signature mini dessert. For example, the cannoli latte is a rich espresso drink topped with a fresh cannoli. Likewise, the hazelnut latte is a smooth, nutty espresso beverage crowned with a chocolate hazelnut pastry.

A Unique Fusion of Flavors

The Angelina Bakery Fort Lee menu is a celebration of the town’s Korean-American community; as well as Company Founder Tony Park’s Korean-Italian background. This includes serving Korean-inspired treats such as Mochi Balls (chewy rice flour confections filled with red bean and matcha). In addition, their tissue bread is known for its light, paper-thin layers. The bakery puts an Italian twist on this classic item by using premium European butter and flour.
