The Melting Pot Returns To Red Bank with a New Look

The Melting Pot franchise, a restaurant destination known for delicious chocolate and cheese dipping dishes, is set to reopen its doors and reveal a brand new, bold layout right in the heart of Red Bank.

“We enjoyed over 10 years of success in Red Bank and are now excited to return and introduce the Jersey Shore to our new brunch, lunch and happy hour menu, as well as our traditional fondue interactive dining experience and cooking styles,” said Brian Neel, franchisee and operating partner for the Melting Pot of Red Bank.

Neel, along with partners Jeff Nichols and Barry Berkowitz, have joined together to roll out a new dining concept for the next generation and its first spot was a no-brainer.

“We were very interested in returning to Red Bank – a city that is growing, has a diverse economy and is very pro-business,” said Neel.

“Historically, Melting Pot restaurants have had a classically subdued atmosphere,” explained Neel.

The new interior design marries modern bright accents with local touches. Natural materials like wood and marble help create a cozy ambiance in an inviting atmosphere.

Neel is most excited to woo patrons with the establishment’s innovative open floor concept.

“Guests will feel the pulse of the heart of the house, the vibe of an open kitchen and a high energy bar with artisanal drinks, craft beers and an expansive wine list.”

Menu Makeover

In addition to an architectural transformation, the Melting Pot’s classic menu underwent a makeover as well.

“We expanded our traditional cheese and chocolate fondues to include a variety of innovative menu selections; including the Alpine Benedict Fondue and Four Cheese Panini, amongst many others. We also now offer a traditional restaurant kitchen serving prepared food for our guests,” said Neel.

Not only is the Melting Pot a place to craft your own dining experience with family, friends and co-workers; but it’s sure to become a hit with mini food critics as well.

“The Melting Pot is a great place to take your kids.  We will be offering a children’s activity book and menu; where little chefs get to customize their fondue experience by using their own combinations of meats and seafoods. In addition, we will be offering a children’s specialty drink menu with all of their favorites,” said Neel.

The fun begins early this summer at 2 Bridge Ave. in the Galleria Red Bank.
