Pelvic floor therapy is a physical therapy specialty focusing on the rehabilitation of the pelvic floor muscles. At Willow Pelvic Health, Owner Jessie Klein PT, DPT offers personalized physical therapy to anyone with pelvic floor dysfunction. This includes a variety of common issues ranging from constipation to sexual dysfunction.
The 1,200-sq foot space features three private treatment rooms and an open gym area for patient exercise. The vibe is warm, nurturing, open, and calming with natural tones and colors to make patients feel comfortable. Prior to opening her own space, Jessie previously offered her services from inside Alivio Wellness (also in Hoboken).

Expert Pelvic Care
Willow Pelvic Health addresses conditions such as incontinence, urinary urgency/frequency, chronic pelvic pain, prenatal care, and postpartum rehabilitation. They also offer specialized care for pelvic organ prolapse, bowel dysfunction, penile pain, and more.
Jessie spends 60 minutes with each patient and provides tailored manual therapy and therapeutic exercise for their specific needs. “We take pride in providing excellent care for each and every person who walks in through our doors,” she says.

She also notes that clients who prefer to meet virtually can still benefit from pelvic floor physical therapy. “We care deeply about our patients and curate their experiences to be personal and specific to their lives and goals.”
About the Owner
Jessie grew up in the Chicago suburbs and earned her doctorate in physical therapy at New York University. She learned about pelvic health at physical therapy school, and soon discovered that pelvic health concerns are often dismissed.
Prior to opening Willow Pelvic Health, Jessie established a pelvic health program for a large physical therapy practice. During this time she served as program director, mentoring dozens of pelvic floor physical therapists. She lectures on pelvic floor physical therapy at both New York University and Columbia University.

Jessie loves having a Hoboken location. “Hoboken is such an amazing and diverse community with a significant population of new moms,” she explains. “As a local mom in Hoboken myself, I knew that being a part of the support system for new moms in this community is something I wanted to do.”
