What’s Happening: With more than 200 stores under one roof, the Mills at Jersey Gardens claims to be the state’s largest retail center. What’s Happening: Char-Broil is serving up deals at Lowe’s throughout the United States, including New Jersey. The Commercial Series grills will be 15 percent off on Labor Day. What’s Happening: As a center for outlet shopping, the everyday savings here can run anywhere between 25 and 65 percent off.
