Solaz features a modern, eccentric Mediterranean aesthetic with bold accents and plush seating. The space features a main bar, open-concept dining room, private dining area, and greenery room with ceiling vines. Gold details and arches give off a refined vibe for up to 240 guests indoors, with seasonal outdoor sidewalk seating.

Taking a Big Swing
The menu at Solaz focuses on modern Mediterranean fare encompassing Greek, Moroccan, Spanish, Italian, and French cuisines. Popular items include pitas, spicy harissa, honey cumin roasted carrots, and lemon burrata pasta. In particular, Chef Burke loves the crispy dolmas with fried artichokes, Tunisian paper shrimp, and lamb shank lobster tail kebabs.
In addition to sit-down dinner, an elevated cocktail experience is available from the bar. Mixologist Lola V crafts each cocktail with fresh ingredients, offering everything from unique signature drinks to refined classics.
Just be sure to save room for their homemade banana baklava parfait and tiramisu donuts with pistachio mascarpone. Kids aren’t left out of the mix, either. They can enjoy options like cheeseburgers, chicken tenders and fries, tomato and cheese flatbread, or rigatoni and tomato sauce.
Get Into the (Full) Swing
Besides an unforgettable dinner service, Solaz is also home to Full Swing Golf Suites. These simulators are accessible for both seasoned golfers and newcomers, as well as friends looking to have some fun. Three state-of-the-art full swing simulators are on-site, each hosting 6-8 participants at a time. These high-end simulators offer not only golf-related activities, but also soccer, baseball, football, and zombie dodgeball. Other highlights include cricket, rugby, and bocce challenges, plus carnival games.
Unlike the main dinner menu, the Full Swing Golf Suites focus on handheld options like flatbreads, lamb sliders, and burgers. Drinks include both signature cocktails and spirit-free creations for those who want to focus on improving their golf game.

About The Restaurant
Solaz is the brainchild of Alexander Duran, the mind behind Son Cubano and VENTANAS. He was born in Jersey City and lived there until he was seven years old. He spent the rest of his childhood and early adult life in Hudson County. Alexander designed and decorated the space himself.
