Marlton Bistro Rebrand Comes With New Menu & More

Change can be hard. Sometimes, though, it’s for the better. Take Marlton Bistro, for instance; the eatery once known as Marcello’s Marlton has both a new name and a new menu. However, you’ll still find all the specials you love in addition to new dishes (which now include weekend brunch options).

While the rebrand is recent, the change has been in the works since before the COVID-19 crisis. In fact, Managing Partner Vic Ram says “The new owners spent the past three years learning the area and their customer base to better serve them.” During these conversations with customers, Vic learned the town of Marlton didn’t want or need another Italian restaurant or pizza shop.

The New Marlton Bistro Menu

Now, the 3,200-square foot spot touts a menu with “food for every mood” like gourmet sandwiches, salads, and pizza. “Our chefs make our food with the highest quality ingredients in a menu that changes based on the season,” Ram says of the dining menu. (The takeout and delivery menu remain consistent throughout the year, he notes.)

Frequent patrons will find that the previous takeout and delivery menus are still in tact. You can also still expect weekly specials from Monday to Wednesday. The main focus of the rebrand is the exclusive dining room menu, available only for dining in. (Visit the Marlton Bistro website for info regarding hours and availability.)

Cheeseburger

Menu highlights include red or white wine charcuterie boards, shrimp appetizers, and gourmet 12-inch pizzas. Meanwhile, seafood favorites range from lobster ravioli to lemon and Parmesan crusted salmon. For gluten-free diners, they serve gluten-free wings and pizza, as well as pasta dishes.

As for the new brunch menu, this is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm. Options include stuffed French toast, pancakes, omelets, breakfast sandwiches, paninis, and wraps, all available for either dine-in or takeout.

You’ll find Marlton Bistro at 300 East Greentree Road in Marlton. Look for them online to learn more.
