Harmony Juice Brings Organic Juice Bar to Moorestown

Juice bars never seem to go out of style. In fact, they are more popular than ever thanks to more people taking an interest in healthy habits. But despite this, Harmony Juice in Moorestown is one of a kind. It’s the first juice bar on the east coast to provide 100% certified organic cold-pressed juice made to order. (And made right in front of guests.)

Harmony Juice sources produce from local farms that use biodynamic and regenerative practices. The business replaces a former Starbucks along Main Street, but maintains a similar spirit. “We wanted to continue what they created—a hangout and community spot,” says Monika Kobak, founder and owner. The interior seats 20 patrons on various sofas, lounges, and benches with pillows, along with classic tables and chairs. “It’s all nice and inviting,” Monika adds. In addition, the spot has outdoor seating thanks to umbrella-covered tables and lounge chairs.

Location, Menu, & More

Monika and her husband are Moorestown residents, so it makes perfect sense to open up in town. “My dream was to open a juice and smoothie bar,” Monika – who is originally from Poland – explains. “I just love this walkable, historic town.”

The menu at Harmony Juice features organic coffee, wellness shots, cold-pressed juices, and smoothies. In particular, the superfood lattes—served either iced or warm—are a hit. “They’re an alternative to coffee and give you a good boost,” Monika says. They also serve bowls (such as acai or pitaya), salads, wraps, toasts, overnight oats, and snacks. Of course, everything besides the baked goods are made in house and from scratch, including their dressings and milks. “Everything is fresh, raw, and real whole-food based,” Monika says.

Harmony Juice Interior

The idea for Harmony Juice started during early 2020, when Monika and her husband got into the juicing trend. “When the pandemic hit, we started paying attention to how to support our immunity. Juicing was an easy way to add more fruits and veggies to our diet,” she explains. Since then, she’s noticed a difference in her cravings. She’s lost weight, has more energy, and notices improved focus and memory. Now, Harmony Juice blends the idea of nurturing both people and the environment. “I wanted to open a place where people can come for healthy meals while supporting the health of the planet,” Monika says.
