Uptown Funk
A Harlem-inspired, Garden State cocktail that’ll give it to you. Don’t believe me? Just sip.
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. DSP.7 gin from Jersey Spirits Distilling Co.
½ teaspoon maraschino liqueur
¾ oz. pineapple juice
Pineapple chunks or wedges, for garnish
Method:
Combine the gin, maraschino liquor and pineapple in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge or chunks as desired.
Girl Crush
Inspired by Little Big Town’s scandalous smash country hit, which is up for Song of the Year.
Ingredients:
3/4 oz. raspberry purée
1 oz. ginger beer
½ oz. apricot brandy
5 oz. chilled Sparkling Rkatsiteli from Tomasello Winery
Fresh raspberries, for garnish
Method:
Pour the raspberry puree, ginger beer and apricot brandy in a chilled champagne flute and stir. Top with the sparkling wine and garnish with fresh raspberries.
The Pinkprint
This cocktail is sassy and unforgettable, just like three-time nominee Nicki Minaj herself.
Ingredients:
½ oz. Cointreau
½ blackberry liqueur
1 oz. ruby red grapefruit juice
5 oz. Villa Neri Spumante Secco sparkling wine from Hopewell Valley Vineyards
Method:
Combine the first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and then strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with the sparkling wine and serve.
Alabama Shaker
Like the music of four-time nominee Alabama Shakes, this cocktail is a twist on the state of Alabama’s identity and musical influence.
Ingredients:
1 oz. Laird’s Jersey Lightning Apple Brandy
1 oz. Cointreau
Simple syrup (1/2 t)
Lime juice
Lime peel, for garnish
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass over rocks. Garnish with a twist of lime.
Red Carpet Wild Cherry Cocktail

Ingredients:
2.5 oz. Devotion Wild Cherry Vodka
Dash of crème de menthe liqueur
1.5 oz. cranberry juice
Lemon peel, for garnish
Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, crème de menthe liqueur and cranberry juice, then shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a twist.
