The owner and operator of Cherry Blossom Café in Wyckoff, Beata Savreski, spent years doing finance, accounting, and taxes. But her passion for healthy living inspired her to make a career shift. Now, Beata serves organic, made-to-order juices, smoothies, coffee, and small bites to anyone who wants to eat green.
“I was organic, green, and toxic free when people didn’t know what those terms meant,” she says. Her business, Cherry Blossom Cafe, is a quick-service spot inspired by French cafes. “I was inspired by so many French cafes while visiting Paris,” she explains. “Flowers, French bistro chairs, music, macaroons, and the smell of coffee,” are all aspects she has infused into the cafe.

A Healthy Amount of Greens
Cherry Blossom Cafe specializes in organic drinks and snacks like toasts, wraps, paninis, and bakery treats. Beata sources items locally whenever possible. All smoothies are organic and carefully curated for flavor without using sugar, ice, artificial sweeteners, or fake coloring. Instead, ingredients include fresh fruits, veggies, antioxidant-rich powders, and homemade organic almond milk. Likewise, Beata uses dates, honey, agave, and maple syrup as sweeteners. “When people think of Cherry Blossom Cafe, I would like them to think of a fresh but simple farm-to-table experience,” she says.
Popular items include their No. 1 seller, The Chunky Monkey smoothie. This comes with peanut butter, chocolate powder, banana, vanilla, coco nips, vanilla, maple syrup, and almond milk. Another fan favorite is the Muscle Builder smoothie, with avocado, spinach, banana, spirulina, vanilla, maple syrup, and almond milk. The Alcalizer fresh green juice with kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, and lime is also a hit. Meanwhile, their top-selling foods are the avocado toast, caprese panini, and cobb salad.
About the Owner
Beata is a long-time Bergen County resident, living in the area for 23 years. Wyckoff is a town she loves with strong ties to her family. For instance, her sons have played for a local soccer club, and she visits local farmers markets and small businesses. “So, I was like why not bring a little of Paris to Wyckoff?”
