The 1,000-square-foot restaurant in Roseland specializes in, of course, Thai cuisine. “A great opportunity came along for a small Thai takeout spot in the prime location of Roseland; the first and only Thai restaurant in town,” says owner Prap Khumthanom, who was born and raised in Thailand. She believes having great products and services means the pandemic won’t impact her business. Prap also hopes 3 Sons Thai Kitchen will help support her family and add money to her sons’ college funds. Those three sons by the way – Ryan, Steve, and Chris – help run the place.
