Need to keep energetic kids occupied? Then head to one of the state’s trampoline parks where kids can flip, leap, bounce, and jump as they burn off energy and have fun. Bouncing won’t just make kids smile—it also does the body good. This workout builds stamina while also improving coordination and muscle control. Plus, you improve agility, balance, rhythm, and timing skills.
No need for adults to watch from the sidelines either. Hit the trampolines yourself and you’re bound to feel like a kid again. Here are a few of our favorite trampoline parks around the state:

Toddler Air Time is a fun and inexpensive way to spend time with your little one as he makes friends his own age. Those 12 and up can dance and jump until they drop at the Airfter Dark party from 8:00 to 11:00 pm every Friday and Saturday night. There’s a light show, dodgeball, games, live DJ and more.
