Flounder Brewing Co., Bellemara Distillery, & Central Jersey Nurseries are teaming up for a season of holiday experiences from Thanksgiving Eve through Christmas. Experience some holiday magic as Carriage Farm — the home of Flounder Brewing Co. and Bellemara Distillery — transforms into a winter wonderland featuring a Christmas tree lot, amazing Kringle Market, live music, special beer releases, holiday cocktails and more. The holiday festivities begin as the Central Jersey Nurseries Christmas Tree Lot opens on Thanksgiving Eve. (And continues to operate Thursdays through Sundays up until Christmas.) Families can browse trees, wreaths, and greenery while taking in the season’s activities across the farm.
Meanwhile, Flounder Brewing is celebrating the season with a lineup of special holiday beer releases. The following options debut on Thanksgiving Eve and are only available throughout the Christmas season:
– St. Nick Christmas Ale
– Naughty St. Nick: rum barrel-aged Christmas Ale
– Ichabod’s Revenge: rum barrel-aged imperial pumpkin ale
Finally, Bellemara Distillery is embracing the season with a selection of festive cocktail and tasting experiences:
– The Bellemara Holiday Cocktail Menu features seasonal creations like the candy-cane-inspired Peppermintini, Cranberry Gin & Tonics, and Chai Espresso Martinis.
– Free tastings of Bellemara’s craft spirit lineup will be available on all Kringle Market days.
– The Bellemara Winter Igloo: This cozy, heated private space is available for groups up to six, and can be reserved up to 30 days in advance. It provides an intimate winter cocktail experience on the farm.
But that’s not all! Head to the Carriage Farm Barn for a series of special ticketed shows throughout the season. The lineup includes:
– December 9: Die Hard – LIVE
“Die Hard – LIVE” brings together theatrical storytelling and vintage radio-show style performance in partnership with Raconteur Radio, celebrating Die Hard as a Christmas classic in humorous, high-energy fashion.
– December 10: Tony Trischka: Of A Winter’s Night
Banjo great Tony Trischka returns with a full band for two intimate seatings of his acclaimed holiday show as part of the Flounder’s House concert series.

– December 22 & 23: A Charlie Brown Jazz Christmas
Flounder Brewing presents its most cherished annual event over two nights this year. On December 22 and 23, 78 West Jazz performs the iconic A Charlie Brown Christmas album live in the barn. The atmosphere fills with nostalgic Vince Guaraldi melodies as The Fresh Fig prepares made-to-order charcuterie boards.
This event is FREE, begins at 6:00 pm, and is 21+ only.
