Catch 19 in Red Bank offers some of the best seafood in New Jersey. The menu at Catch 19 features appetizers, soups, salads, fresh catches, and more. Appetizers include Baby Cockles, Mango Salmon “Tartare”, and Tuna Poke. Meanwhile, they offer signature salads like the Crisp Goat Cheese & Port Wine Poached Pears; this includes heirloom tomatoes and candied pecans. Atlantic Salmon and Chilean Sea Bass join Mediterranean Bronzini and Atlantic Swordfish on the “Fresh Catch” portion of the menu. In addition, Pan-Seared Day Boat Scallops and Spicy Eight Herb Salmon are featured under “The Prepared Catch”.
For the “landlubber,” there are plenty of pork and steak options, too. They include Veal Scallopini, Bone-in Filet, and even a monstrous 40 oz Porterhouse, which is designed to be shared by you and your guest. If you suffer from a nut allergy, note that all included nuts in menu items are in bold to keep you safe.

As their website says, “visuals are everything.” Catch19’s dining area features exposed brick, modern furnishings, neat white linens, crystal chandeliers, and huge windows that let in lots of natural light. This creates a truly intimate environment, and it’s perfect for a night out. Private parties are available, and with a flatscreen featured, why not have a night out to watch the game? On the walls, you’ll find pieces of art on loan from the Gotham Art gallery located right next door. If you see a piece you love, you can purchase it after your meal to take home.
Catering is available, with four different menu options for you to choose from, including the raw bar, and trays with a great variety of beef, seafood, and chicken items.
