Of all the days in your life, your wedding is the one day when no luxury is too excessive. It’s your time to shine as you celebrate the start of a new phase of your life with your true love. Why not express the value you place on your romance by booking a magnificent venue like the Estate at Florentine Gardens? This palatial mansion offers you the luxury you’ve been dreaming of for your wedding day.
In the late 1980s, Thomas Daidone began the transformation of the Florentine Gardens into the breathtaking destination that it is today. Many consider the estate to be the finest wedding venue in the Tri-state area. The venue hosts one wedding at a time, giving its full resources to make your day extra special. A team of entertainment specialists, chefs, hosts, and others make it possible for you to experience the magic of a perfect wedding day.
When you arrive at the Estate at Florentine Gardens, you’ll encounter smooth lawns, sparkling fountains, and impeccably maintained gardens with brick paths weaving through them to reach elegant stone gazebos. There is plenty of space to set up rows of white chairs for an outdoor wedding, with a gazebo serving as the center stage for the exchanging of your vows.
Once you pass through the doors of the main building, you’re in the grand entrance, with its soaring ceilings, baby grand piano, and gleaming mahogany staircase. Stepping into the Grand Ballroom, you’ll see windows that stretch from the floor all the way up to the 25-foot-high ceilings. The fireplace is beautifully appointed with mahogany, and the Juliet balcony provides the perfect spot for a romantic photo or for the bouquet toss. The Grand Ballroom features 10-foot crystal chandeliers that light up a dance space big enough for 350 guests.
Another beautiful space is the Cocktail Room, which will seat up to 200 of your wedding party, family members, and other guests. You’ll love the handcrafted bars and cooking stations made of rich mahogany. The large windows provide a view of the veranda and the lush gardens.
Beyond its spectacular setting and luxurious interior spaces, the Estate at Florentine Gardens supplies a broad range of additional options for your convenience. Working with Sal Travis Entertainment and Soloffilms, the Estate can provide you with top-notch videography and editing services. You can also choose to have a musical photo montage during the beginning of your reception, to occupy your guests right before you enter for the first time as a couple. If it’s too bright outdoors for the ambiance you want during the reception, the Estate provides blackout shades to customize the lighting. Our wedding at Florentine Gardens was the most perfect event. We worked with Maria to plan our wedding and from the start she was fabulous. Maria was always available to answer any questions throughout the entire planning process. We loved working with her! Our wedding took place on a Friday night so we were able to have access to the entire venue starting at noon. As soon as we walked in our Bridal Attendant, Laila, was there to greet everyone at the door. She was hands-down the BEST! She was constantly checking if I needed anything the entire day until I left at midnight. She was so friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. I didn’t have to get my own drink the entire night because every time I turned around she was right there with a new one. Our guests cannot stop raving about the entire event.
The food was absolutely amazing (the sea bass especially). They even came around asking if anyone wanted seconds after dinner! We opted to add on the Viennese dessert hour which was to die for! There was a chocolate fountain, fresh zeppolis, ice cream bar, you name it they had it. The venue has their own in-house entertainment services run by Sal Travis. You are a fool for using anyone else! Not only was he so great to work with, he had our guests up dancing the entire night. It was a nonstop party from start to finish. The DJ, Alex, did a great job with the music. We are big country fans, but know that most people don’t dance to that. Alex played all country during dinner to compensate and it worked out great! We also opted to use Sal’s theatrical package, which included the wrap up video.
Evan, the videographer captured all of our special moments throughout the day. The wrap-up video was played about 10 minutes after cake cutting.. and our cake cut was on the video! Our guests were in awe that they were able to do it so fast! Countless guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. You will not be disappointed choosing FG or Sal!
This is a beautiful wedding venue. I loved my wedding. The service was amazing & all of my guests loved the food. The room is beautiful!! It definitely has an elegance about it that not many places can match. The large windows & lighting are perfect. The bridal attendant Lauren was also an angel. Literally!! I kept calling her that because she would just be right behind your shoulder helping you with any problem that came up at any point during the night. All around a beautiful place and I would recommend it to anyone!

Where do I even begin? As soon as I walked into the Estate at Florentine Gardens, I knew it was going to be the absolute perfect place for our wedding. The venue itself is simply magical but then when you add the staff, service and whole experience it truly is unbelievable. We worked with Michael, who was amazing from the moment we met him. The entire planning process was so smooth. Michael entertained all of my constant emails and onsite appointments. We also worked with Sal, director of entertainment services, who was so great and added some amazing touches to our wedding. On our wedding day everything was taken care of. I felt no stress and did not have to worry about a thing. Everyone at Florentine knows how to pull off your perfect day. Michael was there bright and early and greeted me and my girls when we first arrived. Our wedding was on a Friday so we had the entire day to ourselves and were able to get there as early as we needed to make sure we had enough time for all of our hair and makeup. My bridal attendant Leila was a godsend. She was so sweet and was there whenever I needed her. She was so attentive to me and my bridesmaids and made everything easier. Our Maitre D, Jeff was so great as well. He let us know when and where we were supposed to be and kept the wedding flowing seamlessly. The entire service there is top notch. They made sure me and my husband got to sample the cocktail hour food privately in the bridal suite before we went up to greet our guests. We definitely would not have been able to get a bite in otherwise. They also made sure we were well fed and had full glasses throughout the reception.

Our wedding at Florentine Gardens was spectacular! From the moment we met Maria it was clear that we were surrounded by the upmost in professional, welcoming, friendly staff that we could have possibly wanted in the planning and ultimately the execution of our wedding. Maria was always available and promptly answered any questions throughout the entire planning process. She truly is a delight and I loved working with her. She has a pleasant disposition and a gentle way to alleviate any wedding stress. On arrival we had a beautiful and delicious assortment of food in the bridal room. Our Bridal Attendant was with me to attend to my needs, greeting my guests, problem solving and checking any issues that arose the entire night. She was so friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. The food was spectacular, our guests throughout the night kept remarking how amazing the cocktail hour was & the assortment of foods offered they had never seen before at any wedding. There were comments of how they were impressed about the lobster & tuna ceviche bar. My guests thought the dinner offered was 5 star quality with the Sea Bass & Chateaubriand stealing the show. The dessert trio was delicious particularly the Oreo cheesecake. Cordials following dinner and the “coffee to go” continued to give my guests something to rave about. The service was perfect including the wait staff and bartenders. The Maître D’ was so professional and kept the flow of the wedding to perfection. I was also impressed that Maria and her brother also were hands on during the entire wedding. The Florentine is absolutely a beautiful venue as you enter with the magnificent chandelier, fire place and staircase. We were lucky enough to have it still decorated with their winter theme with white pine trees. Our lobby pictures are so beautiful because of the décor. We will always remember our wedding at Florentine Gardens!!!
