Nothing is one-size-fits-all here,” Amanda says. Their most popular services include Botox and dermal fillers, performed with a focus on enhancing natural beauty and boosting confidence. Whether it’s Botox to reduce fine lines or excessive seating, or filler to brighten undereye circles, every service uses premium-quality products to ensure safety and results.
In particular, Amanda’s favorite service is The Full Face Refresh (upper face Botox plus lip filler). “It’s transformative while still looking completely natural,” she explains. “I swear by it, especially now in my 30s.”
Owner Marnelli Manuel is a medical doctor trained in anesthesiology. Meanwhile, Amanda has completed both an MD and a master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA). “Together, we bring a combination of clinical knowledge and deep passion for aesthetics and patient care,” Amanda explains. “Our background in healthcare ensures every treatment is approached with precision and integrity.”

Amanda’s passion for aesthetics started early. Growing up, she was surrounded by women who deeply valued self-care. “My mom and aunts always prioritized looking and feeling their best, and that left a lasting impression on me. I admired how they embraced beauty not as vanity, but as a way of honoring themselves and aging gracefully.”
Over time, this appreciation grew into something more personal. “I became fascinated with how small, thoughtful enhancements could elevate confidence and slow the visible signs of aging. It’s about empowerment, well-being, and helping people feel at home in their own skin.”
The Urban Aesthetic Medicine team has lived and worked in the Newport area for years. They’re already working toward expanding into a larger, more central location to better serve their growing community and make their services more accessible.
