And the Best Coffee Shop in New Jersey is Magic Brain Cybercafe of Cape May! There were a lot of contenders and a couple of early entries that dominated the competition all week. Towards the end, in the last couple of days, a dark horse from down south shot past everyone else and claimed the prize.
Winning our first ever coffee shop poll by a wide margin, Magic Brain came in at 19.6% over their nearest competitor, Grooveground of Collingswood. A total of 51 coffee shops made the list. (even our brand new little shop in Frenchtown made the poll!) There were nominations in every area of the state from North to Central to South and the Jersey Shore. We’ve contacted the owners at the Brain, and we’ll be bringing you a feature story on them as soon as we get more details and some great coffee shots.
