South Jersey has a new hot spot for modern, semi-fine American dining. Revell Hall in Burlington’s bold international flavors, artisanal craftsmanship, and wood-fired cooking offer an elevated yet approachable dining experience. The restaurant offers a menu that uses seasonal, ingredient-driven food with global influences.
The Revell Hall menu is inspired by Michelin-starred Chef Joey Sergentakis’ travels and culinary expertise. It blends European techniques with Asian complexity, Latin vibrancy, and Mediterranean warmth. It’s a culmination Chef’s Joey’s global perspective, refined techniques, and adventurous sensibilities.

Worldly Flavors
Menu highlights that showcase the restaurant’s diverse options include the Hokkaido milk bun with rosemary honey butter; Koji fried chicken; pumpkin hummus served with housemade naan bread; and beef tataki toast. Other noteworthy dishes range from grilled Spanish octopus and ponzu marinated tuna tartare to the salmon cured pastrami and cast-iron miso black cod.
Dishes are paired with a variety of house-made sauces, seasonal sides, and components like citrus infusions, fermented misos, and chili-spiced reductions. The chef’s top dish evolves seasonally, but the chicken roulade with black truffle and maple glazed pork chop are favorites.

Revell Hall also boasts a can’t-miss dessert menu. The roasted white chocolate and chestnut panna cotta and chocolate-hazelnut crèmeux are both early favorites.
Meanwhile, the restaurant offers a full craft beer and fine wine menu on top of an original cocktail menu. Cocktails to keep an eye out for include the Frosted Berry Collins, Fireside Old Fashioned, and Snow Kissed Sunset Margarita.
An Iconic Location
Revell Hall is more than a restaurant. “It’s a celebration of what makes Burlington special,” says Andrew Moreno, general manager. “We’re opening our doors with the goal of creating a true gathering place for the community. Between Chef Joey’s extraordinary menu, our beautiful riverside setting, and a team dedicated to genuine hospitality, we believe Revell Hall will quickly become a standout destination for anyone seeking exceptional food, warm service, and a memorable dining experience.”
Of course, Burlington is known for its colonial charm, riverfront views, and walkable streets lined with preserved architecture. Located in a restored riverside building, Revell Hall boasts rustic charm with modern sophistication. The ambiance reflects the restaurant’s culinary vibe—welcoming, stylish, and unpretentious.

The restaurant can seat 130 diners across two levels, in addition to a 15,000-square-foot outdoor riverside area. “We’re thrilled to bring the excitement of Revell Hall—both in cuisine and experience—to Burlington,” says Chef Joey. “Our vision is to create a space that feels like home to locals and an irresistible destination for visitors.”
