All-in On Bagels
Bagel or Nothing provides seating for about 20 guests indoors. The interior is “clean, airy, and aesthetically pleasing”, says General Manager S.J. Patel. The décor includes greenery and flowers alongside a bagel nook showcasing their current flavors.
Besides the usual favorites, Bagel or Nothing excels at offering unique bagel flavors and cream cheeses. This includes modern classics like French toast, Oreo, and chocolate chip, as well as some unexpected pairing. For example, try pairing a Tomato Basil bagel with Jalapeno Pineapple cream cheese. Other fun cream cheese options include caramel walnut and strawberry.
Sandwich choices range from traditional bacon, egg, and cheese orders to bold signature builds. One popular choice is the protein stack (two egg whites, turkey sausage, turkey bacon, and cheddar). Another is the El Fuego, which turns up the heat with two sausages, jalapeno cheddar cream cheese, fluffy egg, pickled jalapenos, and their signature spicy sauce, all stacked on a jalapeno cheddar or cheddar habanero bagel. But S.J.’s go-to is the jalapeno cheddar bagel with garlic and herb cream cheese.
Don’t Forget Your Coffee
The menu pairings don’t stop at bagels and cream cheese. Bagel or Nothing has a hefty lineup of beverages as well. This includes iced coffees and matchas like strawberry matcha or their cookie butter (Biscoff) latte. Frozen frappes like caramel or mango and a curated lineup of refreshers are also available.
The owners are experienced small business owners. Originally owning a mom-and-pop donut shop in Michigan, they now own Bagel or Nothing and a local convenience store/deli.
