Going to college after graduating from high school is almost unavoidable. Nowadays, a student’s time spent in high school revolves around college prep. Though US students are eager to further their academic studies, college debt still plagues most students. That’s why the Give Something Back Foundation wants to eliminate debt for as many students as possible.
Steve Adubato, PhD., sat down with Bob Carr, founder of the Give Something Back Foundation, during a segment of One-on-One with Steve Adubato to discuss how Carr works to assist college students in getting a head start in life by graduating from college debt-free.

Giving Back
St. Peter’s University, Montclair State University, The College of New Jersey, and Rowan University are just four of the colleges the Give Something Back Foundation has partnered with to help students attending these schools in the Fall of 2019.
Carr explains: “We’re picking 200 kids – 50 for each of those schools – and we’ve worked out arrangements with each of those schools to accept 50 of our ninth graders when they become seniors.”
“So, the students we select… those students will go through their high schools with a college curriculum so that they’re ready for college. They have to have a B average. As long as they have a B average and take the right courses, they’re going to go to one of these four universities and come out in four years with no debt [and] a Bachelor’s degree.”
The Give Something Back Foundation works tirelessly to help deserving students everywhere achieve their dreams.
