Viola and her twin brother Sebastian have been shipwrecked; each believes the other to be drowned. Viola disguises herself as a young man and, under the name of Cesario, gets a job as a servant for the Duke, Orsino. Duke Orsino is in love with Countess Olivia, who is mourning for her dead brother, and has rejected all Orsino's advances so far. He sends Cesario (who is really Viola) to woo Olivia on his behalf. Unfortunately for the Duke, the Countess is taken in by Cesario’s disguise and falls in love with him (her). Confusion follows around the mistaken identities of Cesario/Viola, her twin brother Sebastian, and exactly who is promised to whom. Every character is intertwined with the others in some fashion or another and leads to silly jokes, mistaken identities, and witty banter. It will all work out in the end… or will it?  Come see the show that's had audiences laughing in their seats since 1602!
