    Come brew your own beer with us! The Brewers Apprentice Brewery staff will guide you as you create your own deliious beer from one of our 200+ recipes! Whether you're an experienced home brewer or complete beginner, brewing at The Brewers Apprentice is a great learning experience and a lot of fun. There's no need to fret the details, our experienced brewing staff will guide you along every step of the way as you make he most wonderful beer you've ever tasted!  ******* Purchase your ticket on Eventbrite or give us a call to reserve your kettle time ******* How many people can brew per ticket? Each ticket gives you one kettle and is valid for up to 4 people to brew. How Much beer will i get? Each "batch" is 15 gallons that you can bottle in 12oz or 22oz 12oz = 5.5 24 packs (132 Bottles) 22oz = Six 12 packs  (72 Bottles)  What types of beer can I brew? When you arrive, the first step is possibly the hardest…. selecting one of our over 200 recipes.  Good news is you can begin this process right now with by checking out our Recipe List online! Each beer on our recipe list is associated with a certain price tier level.  How does the brewing process work? Once you have chosen your recipe, it is all fun and games from this point forward.  You gather your ingredients, grind your grains, weigh your hops and watch over your boiling kettle in anticipation of your first sip …  How long is the brewing process? Day One: The entire brewing process takes about 2.5 hours.  At the end of that time, you hand off your creation to be looked after and cared for by our brew team. You will then come back to bottle your beer a 2-3 weeks later.  Day 2: The Bottling process takes about 2.5 hours. You will need to run your bottles through our bottle washer before filling them. Bottle care instructions are provided with each case of new bottles so you will be able to re-use them many times if they are properly maintained! When Can I brew? Mon Brewing available is for Large groups using 3+ kettles. Store open for supplies and reservations  Tues: Closed Weds: Brewing available is for Large groups using 3+ kettles. Store open for supplies and reservations  Thurs: Kettle reservations are avaialble for 2:30pm or 6pm. Store open from 10am – 8pm Fri: Kettle reservations are avaialble for 2:30pm or 6pm. Store open from 10am – 8pm Sat: Kettle reservations are avaialble for 10:30am or 2pm. Store open from 10am – 5pm Sun: Kettle reservations are avaialble for 10:30am or 2pm. Store open from 10am – 5pm How does bottling work? First time customers must purchase new bottles. Bottles may be reused in the future.
