The Cloverleaf Tavern has been in continuous operation for over 80 years. It began as a bar with George Dorchak in 1933; but then was developed into a restaurant by Richard Dorchak in the 1976. It is now run by third generation Ryan Dorchak today. Their menu consists of American cuisine, which they serve in a family-casual dining atmosphere.
The Cloverleaf Tavern is famous for their award-winning hamburgers and fresh beer battered fish-n-chips. In fact, they are a multi-time recipient of the Best Beer Bar in the Northeast award. Which means they are a top spot for both food and drinks, with burgers being a fan favorite. Beyond that, they pride themselves on serving their guests the most unique selection of craft beer in New Jersey. They do this by changing their craft beer menu on a regular basis.
