The Monroe Township Mother’s Club and the Monroe Township Recreation Department will sponsor the annual Monroe Township Country Fair from noon to 6 p.m. on Sept. 13 at Thompson Park, Perrineville Road. Rain date is September 27. The fair will feature all-day enterÂtainment with DJ Wacky Wayne and the Sunset Boulevard Band; the Monroe Township Police Department Color Guard; food; games for children; crafts; a petting zoo; pumpkin painting; pony rides; the Little Miss Monroe, Town Squire and Baby Buggy contests; band and karate demonstrations; the Monroe Wolverine Flag Cheerleaders; a 50/50 raffle; and more.
