Hope, N.J. or Hope Township is located in the heart of Warren County in North Jersey. Hope was founded by a group of German Moravians in 1769. This is the same group that founded the Moravian community in Bethlehem Pennsylvania. The preservation of the early history of the village has put Hope on the National Register of Historic Places. Today it is the home of a popular amusement and water park called the Land of Make Believe.

The township has a website @ hopetownship.com that is sponsored by the Hope Township Committee.

You can learn more about the theme park here.
