Westfield New Jersey

Westfield New Jersey

Westfield will celebrate the 16th Annual Spring Fling on Sunday, April 25, 2010. The festival features hundreds of vendors, entertainment for kids, and incredible food. An estimated crowd of 60,000 people attend Spring Fling every year according to the promoters.  In researching the event online, there is literally no information available unless you are going to the festival to set up a booth to sell food. If you’ve ever been to the festival or know anything more about it, feel free to leave us a comment below and tell us all about it. There must be something to this celebration that I don’t know about because it couldn’t have lasted for 16 years if there wasn’t something fun or interesting going on here. Maybe the name says everything; Spring Fling, a simple but fun celebration of the coming of spring!

The festival is run by This Is It! Productions that is headquartered in Hoboken New Jersey. The company runs festivals and fairs all over the state of New Jersey. Some of the festivals that they produce are: Shad Fest, The Hoboken Arts and Music Festival, The Festival of Lights in Burlington, The Wildwoods International Kite Festival, Rhythm and Blues by the Brook in Plainfield, The Chatsworth Cranberry Festival and Kaboom: Fireworks on the Navesink in Red Bank.

Westfield is located in Union County, New Jersey in Central Jersey. It is located between Newark and Plainfield near the smaller communities of Garwood, Fanwood and Mountainside. Heartbreaking Dawns Hot Sauce

Heartbreaking Dawns Hot Sauce

Heartbreaking Dawns is a hot sauce, salsa, dry rub, and dip company. The list is growing as we have added marinades, t-shirts, and lip balms!

The company is slowly growing and we began our journey in our kitchen, then moved to local flea markets, fairs, and street festivals. This year you can find us at The Adorno Fathers Fair (Ramsey, NJ), and many fairs in Wildwood, NJ (Such as the Seafood festival, the 60’s weekend etc!)

Stores that carry the hot sauce: Lotitios Deli (Ramsey), LaStrada (Midland Park), and The Italian Riviera (Waldwick).

Follow us on twitter (spicysauces) or facebook (heartbreaking dawns) to see where we will be next

Our three main flavors are Jalapeno Pineapple, Classic Gold Habanero, and Mango Habanero!

Enjoy :o )
