Planning a wedding in the Garden State? If so, you’ll want to save this date! On Sunday, April 22, the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce’s 10th annual LBI Wedding Road Show & Party Planning Tour will take place in venues across the region. This free event allows brides and grooms-to-be to preview participating venues, view samples, and more.
For its 10th anniversary, the roadshow is expanding its offerings from wedding planning to include even more ideas and party planning services, such as help with venues and favors.

Attendees will have the chance to meet directly with vendors and venue coordinators, and will also be eligible to win many prizes and giveaways throughout the day.
Those attending the show will meet at 9:00 am at The Mainland at the Holiday Inn in Manahawkin. Following check-in, guests will receive breakfast and a tour of The Mainland’s wedding venue and guest rooms.
A map is then provided so attendees can stop by the other participating locations at their leisure. Venues on the self-guided tour include the SeaShell Beach Resort as well as the Surf City Yacht Club; in addition to Daymark, The Surf City Hotel, The Brant Beach Yacht Club and Parker’s Garage.
All stops along the wedding road show route will feature a complete wedding showcase; and will be open to the public from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, with check-in open until 1:00 pm.
If you complete the entire itinerary, you will be eligible to win an Anniversary Overnight package; which features a free overnight stay at The Mainland.
