Brick Township celebrates Summerfest from June to August. For Independence Day there’s a concert by The Amish Outlaws on Thursday, July 2nd, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. The fireworks extravaganza follows at 9:00 p.m. The celebration is held at at Windward Beach Park on Princeton Avenue. There are more concerts, a car show and a beer and wine garden, a movie night and more fireworks scheduled throughout the summer. There will be free shuttle buses available on concert and fireworks nights. Shuttle buses run from Brick Township High School, Midstreams Elementary School, and Drum Point Elementary School from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. For 2015 the festival features an improved food court and a beer and wine garden for guests ages 21 and over.

The car show offers citizens the opportunity to see great cars from all eras. There will be live music and refreshments available. The show begins at 6:00 p.m. on July 30th. The Annual Night Out Against Crime and Kid’s Day Celebration will feature police exhibits, demonstrations, games, Police Camp Graduation and more. This event takes place on August 4, 2015 at 6:00 p.m.
